The 5-Video Follow-Up Strategy

The customer does not need five versions of the same walkaround. They need five different reasons to feel the dealership is paying attention.

A five-video cadence creates familiarity before the visit.

The first video belongs close to the qualified response: a real introduction from the salesperson and a direct acknowledgement of the motorcycle or question. The second can widen the frame and show the dealership itself—the team, showroom experience, and what makes the location worth the drive. A third video can connect the lead to something timely: an event, ride, social post, promotion, or relevant dealership story.

A fourth video introduces a second face, often a sales manager or general manager. That matters because credibility increases when the customer sees that more than one person at the dealership knows they exist. The fifth video brings the conversation back to the motorcycle and asks the simplest useful question: what are we still missing that would help you move forward?

The challenge is orchestration, not creativity.

None of these individual videos is complicated. The difficult part is making sure they happen at the right time, in the right order, with enough customer context to feel intentional. Across dozens or hundreds of leads, that becomes a production and follow-up system—not a sales tip.

The cadence also has to live alongside calls, text, email, CRM updates, appointment attempts, and the rest of the heavy cycle. When video depends entirely on whether a salesperson remembers and has time, usage naturally falls away as the dealership gets busier.

PIPELINE BDC

The standard is demanding because it should be. Pipeline BDC is built to provide the people, process, follow-up, and measurement required to execute it consistently while the dealership team stays focused on selling.
